As part of our Inquiry unit, Room 12 from New Zealand has decided to put our topic on citizenship into practice. We have the challenge of performing one kind deed, each day, for 17 days, starting from the 13th of May, 2009. Follow us as we blog our citizenship journey. [:
Day 1 -Monday 18/5 What i did to make a difference was to wash the dishes for my mum after dinner. I knew i made a difference because shes always tired after washing the dishes but when i finished washing the dishes she was all awake. my feeling was- i felt good because it made me tired. if another person was involved they would feel good because there helping someone do something for the first time.(:
